I must confess I bought this sealing ring to be sure that if the original fails I am not stuck in the middle of some major cooking event unable to continue. I have tested it and it’s just fine. I do want to say if anyone reads this sealing ring review the WMF Pressure Cooker is a seriously terrific pressure cooker. Checkout some of the 5* reviews for the P.C. Best I’ve ever used.
